All KATO brand products are covered by a legal guarantee valid for one year from the date of purchase. However, KATO IMER customers will have the opportunity to insure themselves, with a modest outlay, by purchasing the conventional “MA.MO.T.” warranty service which extends coverage up to 5 Years from the date of purchase of each individual product. Thanks to it, KATO IMER customers will be able to obtain repairs for faults – electrical, hydraulic or mechanical – which may arise due to accidental, unforeseeable and fortuitous breakage of one or more parts or components among those guaranteed. The MA.MO.T. warranty service it is recognized and valid exclusively at the Service Centers authorized by KATO IMER S.p.A in Europe. The German insurance partner MG GARANTIE GmbH will bear all the costs of the repair service related to the restoration of faults covered by the aforementioned guarantee, in compliance with the general conditions signed and, in any case, starting from the second year of life of the machine.
